Favorite Cardinal Virtue
Temperance inspired me to be a student-athlete because I wanted to experience more than what I had before. When I entered 10th grade, I first sought being on the softball team because it would benefit me in opportunities and recommendations for my future. When I joined softball, I was scared of the ball, scared of making mistakes, and scared to let my team down. Now that I have practiced more, gained more trust in my teammates and myself, I have succeeded in helping my team win games and finally gain the recognition we deserve.
